Artful Dodger is based on a notorious real life gangster of the same name who terrorised the streets of London with his gang the ‘Cutter Lads Crew’ in the 19th century. Last season’s collection was based on the ‘dust up’ between the Cutter Lads Crew and the Swell Mob. Boasting of up to 1000 members each they had an almighty fight at the ‘Carnival of Death’.
