 Toywatch has been at the forefront in the past few years of the move away from expensive metal Swiss watches into bright coloured, cool and importantly affordable watches that are still highly stylish and desirable. As with many of the finest fashion brands, Toy Watch was first created in 2005 in Milan, Italy by a renowned watch collector and enthusiast. He literally had hundreds of watches in his collection and was in particular heavily influenced by the legendary watches from Rolex and in particular the Submariner and Sea Dweller designs. In a stroke of genius he set out to marry the styling influences from designer Swiss watches and couple this with funky colours and lightweight materials to create what we now know as Toywatches. The collection has increased vastly over the past few years with new models appearing all the time, the collection is split into several ranges with different colour variations and styles within each range. The Jelly series features watches with a soft Jelly like strap and includes models such as the Jelly Army, Jelly Flag, Jelly Disco and Jelly Tattoo. Other popular models include the Fluo mood which features a bright stained glass to the facia of the watch, and the Mavi Ceramic collection that is inspired by the ceramic watches from Chanel and Dior.
