Adidas Originals loyalest fan Ian Brown has promised UK fans they can expect to hear a career-spanning setlist at his upcoming Manchester gig.

The former Stone Roses frontman is set to take to the stage at Platt Fields Park, Fallowfield on June 11th in front of a home crowd of approximately 15,000.

Speaking to the NME, he said: "I do have a few little treats lined up. But a surprise is a surprise and I'm not going to tell you about it!"

He added he would play all the best songs that he has amassed over a career of around 20 years.

Men attending the gig may wish to emulate the singer's style and pick up some Adidas trainers, with the Superstar range previously releasing a limited edition Ian Brown shoe.

Brown has never been shy of his love of Adidas clothing and can regularly be seen wearing the brand at gigs.

Support for the Manchester performance comes from artists including highly-acclaimed dance act Unkle.
