Adidas Originals has developed a new way of checking out its latest clothes, with the minimum amount of effort for the shopper.

Fans of the brand in Singapore and four other Asian cities were chosen to test an augmented reality system for T-Shirts, reports

An advertising campaign asked people to take a snapshot of the Adidas logo it featured and bring it in to their local store.

There they were given the chance to sit in front of a digital mirror and using the wonders of technology try on a range of T-shirts by combining the real live image of themselves with an augmented reality that superimposed the designs.

Users could change their T-shirt by simply moving their camera phone out of view of the mirror and then bringing it back up again.

Adidas has recently been supported by a range of celebrities - including Snoop Dogg, David Beckham and Ian Brown - in its latest commercial.
