Adidas has unveiled its latest advertising campaign ahead of this summer's World Cup in South Africa.

The commercial stars ex-France and Real Madrid legend Zinedine Zidane, Barcelona's Lionel Messi and Valencia's David Villa.

Fans of the brand might enjoy watching the ad, which takes influence from film noir, graphic novels and Japanese anime in its creation.

Zidane is seen driving a car while the current footballers overcome a set of obstacles in their F5O adiZero football boots.

As one of the official sponsors of the 2010 World Cup, Adidas may be hoping that fans of all teams take note of their brand and take the opportunity to buy some new items.

Those simply watching the games this summer could opt to sport a range of Adidias Originals clothing while doing so, to ensure they look their best.

A range of retro national team shirts are available to buy from the brand for those wanting to show their colours.
