Nike clothing sponsored Theo Walcott might well be hoping that he's packed his shooting boots ahead of tonight's (April 14th) north London derby.

The Arsenal forward takes on the club's bitter rivals Tottenham Hotspur at White Hart Lane and will take to the pitch wearing his trademark Nike footwear.

Walcott wears the Nike Mercurial Superfly II, specialiast footwear featuring an adaptive stud that extends and retracts by 3mm, designed for explosive acceleration - something he is already well known for.

Ahead of the fixture he told Sky Sports: "Every game in the Premier League is difficult, no matter where you go. Tottenham have a fantastic team and are chasing fourth, but we can't afford to drop any points now."

Men might find that Nike footwear is an option that suits their needs too, whether that be while playing sports or just to stay ahead of the crowd in the fashion stakes.

Singer Gareth Gates opted to wear a pair of Nike Dunks trainers while heading out for lunch in Birmingham recently.
