Nike clothing appears to have gone back to the 1980s with the release of what is reported to be the latest Manchester United football jersey.

The shirt - which will be unveiled when the Red Devils tour the US in July - shares a number of similarities with the design worn by the team in the 1980-81 season.

Adidas designed that shirt, which shared the same white trim collar and white piping down the sleeves.

Regardless of which team you support - or whether you like football - you could incorporate a little 1980s style into your own dress sense and might find that a range of brands could help you get the look.

Adidas Originals offer clothing which maintains a classic look but is still fresh, while Nike offer old school footwear such as Dunks.

You might wish to mix and match both brands this summer to stay looking stylish.
